For 20 years, Vic Chesnutt was one of the staples of independent music.Discovered by R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe, in 1991, Chesnutt went on to make 17 records. He wrote, recorded, and performed with the likes of Smashing Pumpkins, R.E.M, Lamb Chop, Wide Spread Panic, Nancy Griffith, Soul Asylum and more!
